These terms cover thecruisinginsider.com and Find My Cruise, our app in ChatGPT, both operated by Budai Ionut Andrei. By using either one, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What we provide
The Cruising Insider publishes cruise guides and rankings. Find My Cruise searches a snapshot of upcoming sailings and shows matching cruises. Both are for general information. We are not a travel agent or a cruise line, we don't sell cruises, and we don't take bookings or payments.
Prices and sailing details
Prices are "from" prices per person, in US dollars, and show the month they were checked. They come from a snapshot, not a live feed, so fares, availability, itineraries and ships can change at any time. Always confirm the final price and details with the booking partner or cruise line before you book.
Bookings and affiliate links
Price buttons and "Check price" links take you to a booking partner such as CruiseBound, or sometimes to a cruise line. Any booking is a contract between you and that company, under its own terms, and it handles payment, changes, refunds and customer service. CruiseBound currently accepts bookings only from customers with a US address. We may earn a commission if you book through our links, at no extra cost to you. More in our affiliate disclosure.
Using ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, the written answer around our results comes from ChatGPT, not from us, and OpenAI's terms apply to your use of it. Our results are the sailing cards and the data they contain. Check anything important before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Please don't copy our content or data in bulk, scrape the site or the app, interfere with how they work, or use automated tools to click affiliate links. We may block access that does.
Our content
The guides, rankings and site design belong to The Cruising Insider. Photos belong to their creators and are credited under their own licenses. Cruise line names and logos belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
No warranty and limit of liability
The site and the app are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate, but we don't promise they are complete, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using them or from relying on their content, including losses connected with a cruise you book. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update the site, the app or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions are welcome through our contact form. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
